Pre pre pre Olympic-sized training anyone?

We just love training here at Youth Alpha Towers. Especially when it means we don’t have to get out of bed early!!!

We couldn’t be more excited to be doing some Youth Alpha training here in our home town of London, hosted at Holy Trinity Brompton. Saturday January 14th is the day!

So if you are planning a Youth Alpha course or are even just thinking about running one, or perhaps you just want to come along for a brush up on the training, then why not join us for Saturday’s event.
