Don't be a lemon...

You will need

Enough chairs for everyone who wants to play, and at least ten people to play.

How it works

This is a high energy game that helps people get to know each other a bit better.
Get everyone to arrange their chairs in a large circle with space in the middle.
Go around the circle and name each person orange, apple or pear. There should be equal numbers of each.

The leader of the game will then call out either oranges, apples or pears. When they call this out, everyone who is labelled as that fruit must stand up and swap chairs with someone of the same fruit. So if the leader calls out “oranges”, then everyone who is an orange has to get up and swap chairs. It’s important to mention that they can’t swap with the person sitting next to them.

During the first go the leader removes one chair, so there are not enough chairs for everyone to sit down.

There should be one person left in the idle of the circle without a chair, and that person has to either do a funny dance, say something funny about themselves, tell a joke or do a dare.
The leader can also call out ‘Fruit Basket’ which is the cue for everyone in the circle to swap chairs.
