UGANDAN STORKS & STORIES

Youth Alpha, Gat, Youth Group, Uganda, Teen

Youth Alpha has just spent 5 days in Kampala, Uganda training Ugandans, Kenyans, Tanzanians and one person from Burundi to run Youth Alpha and Student Alpha.

We like to call it 'Global Alpha Training'.

We played about 50,000 games while we were there (it was possibly the most competitive group in the world), ate Matoke together and generally made so much noise that the police even came round as there had been reports of explosions (we have to admit that 'overly competitive balloon game’ can be a bit loud...apologies to the local team for that….)

Everyone practiced small group hosting with our comedy role play, practiced giving live talks and planned their next Youth Alpha course.

We look forward to reading about some of the courses on this very blogsite soon. Go Africa!

(And finally, we particularly appreciated the enormous storks that hung out in Kampala – watching over the city. So much so, we decided to put one in the picture….)

If you would like to receive Youth Alpha training anywhere in the world then get in touch or if you’ve run a course anywhere in the world and want to blog about it, then get in touch.

Basically just get in touch as we love a good chat and hearing about what you're up to.
